Welcome to New York City Hard Dance Records. By accessing our website, listening to our radio stream, or purchasing our merchandise, you agree to comply with the following terms.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site and make purchases.
• Radio & Streaming: Our radio stream is for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not record, rebroadcast, or redistribute the stream without written permission.

• Ownership: All content, including music, logos, streetwear designs, and the "New York City Hard Dance Records" brand, is the exclusive property of the label and its artists.
• Restrictions: You may not use our logo or artist likenesses for your own commercial gain or promotional materials without a formal license.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for music or merchandise at any time.
• Streetwear: Items in the NYCHD Streetwear line are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

• Purchased music is for personal use only. Unauthorized duplication, file sharing, or public performance for profit is strictly prohibited and protected under copyright law.

We maintain a high-energy, positive community. You are prohibited from:

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Engaging in hate speech or bullying in chat rooms or comment sections.
• Attempting to upload viruses or malicious code to the web server.

New York City Hard Dance Records is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website, technical downtime of the radio stream, or the misuse of products purchased through the store.

We may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the site after April 26, 2026, constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of music files and digital albums are final. If you experience a technical issue with a download, please Contact Us for a replacement link.

• Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for physical apparel.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at djzoex@newyorkcityharddancerecords.com to arrange a free exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
